Pet Care
The safety, comfort, and happiness of our guests are at the heart of everything we do. Our pet care team provides hands-on care throughout the day, from playtime and enrichment to meals, rest, and plenty of attention. These rewarding roles are a great fit for dependable, attentive animal lovers with strong customer service skills and an interest in learning about dog behavior, body language, and safe group play.
Reservation Specialist
A great experience at Crazy Bone starts with a warm welcome! Our Reservation Specialists help guide pet parents through every step of their experience, from answering questions and scheduling reservations to greeting clients, assisting with check-ins and check-outs, and more. Excellent communication skills, friendly phone manners, attention to detail, and a commitment to outstanding customer service are essential.
Dog Groomer
Our professional groomers help pets look and feel their best with personalized grooming services tailored to each guest. From haircuts and trims to baths and finishing touches, groomers provide gentle, attentive care while creating a positive experience for every pet. If you’re an experienced groomer who takes pride in your work and loves working with animals, we’d love to meet you!
Dog Trainer
Great training can strengthen the bond between dogs and their families for years to come. Our Dog Trainers work with both pets and their people to build communication, confidence, and positive behaviors through effective, reward-based training techniques. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys educating pet parents just as much as working hands-on with dogs.
